Day 1 HOME COUNTRY – JAPAN

Day 2 NAGOYA (ARRIVAL)

NAGOYA

Arrival in Centrair Airport, meet with our assistant (Airport Only) and transfer to Nagoya by limousine bus. Lunch & dinner are not included.

Day 3 NAGOYA-TATEYAMA-MURODO
TATEYAMA

Breakfast at your hotel. Transfer to Nagoya station by yourself. Meet your English-Speaking tour conductor and depart for Tateyama station by private coach. Short shopping stop at Tateyama, transfer to Bijodaira by cable car, where you can enjoy the famous Tateyama cedars, follow on to Murodo by highway bus. Arrive at your hotel around 15:00. Visit Murodo – a 500-meter-long passage carved out of the snow at a height of 2,450 meters above sea level. (Available from mid-April until the middle of June.)
Lunch is not included. Dinner at your hotel.

Day 4 MURODO- DAIKANBO-KUROBEDAIRA-KUROBE-OGISAWA-AZUMINO-NAGOYA

Breakfast at your hotel. Free time in the morning until departure.
Lunch is not included. Transfer to Daikokudo by trolley bus. At Daikanbo, enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the Alpine route’s celebrated beauty, including Lake Kurobe and the Japanese Alps. Take the Tateyama ropeway to Kurobedaira, continue to Kurobe station by cable car. On arrival at Kurobe station, walk to Kurobe dam. At an elevation of 1,500 meters, this is Japan’s tallest arch-style dam, boasting an imposing height of 186 meters. Move to Ogisawa by Kanden Tunnel trolley bus. Transfer to Nagoya station via Azumino, by private coach. Dinner is not included. Transfer to your hotel from Nagoya station by yourself.

Day 5 NAGOYA
NAGOYA

Breakfast at your hotel. Full free day in Nagoya. We recommend you visit: Nagoya castle, an outstanding example of an early modern castle; Nagoya TV tower; the Tokugawa garden with dramatic waterfalls, perfectly-placed rock formations, delicate wooden bridges, and a samurai tea house. Also, enjoy the local cuisine: “miso katsu”, deep-fried pork cutlet topped with a thick miso sauce; “tebasaki”, deep-fried spicy chicken wings; “hitsumabushi”, Nagoya-style cooked eel. Lunch & dinner are not included.
